Community Facilitator- Conner/Apayao

JOB OVERVIEW
Community Facilitators will serve as the link between the community and the organization. You will help implement programs, promote participation, and contribute to the development of stronger, more engaged communities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facilitate community meetings, workshops, and activities
• Build strong relationships with community members and local stakeholders
• Promote and implement community programs and initiatives.
• Collect, documents, and report community data and feedback.
• Ensure effective communication between the community and the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least High School Graduate; college level is an advantage.
• With experience in community work is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work in Conner/Apayao and travel as required.
• Organized, responsible, and committed to service.
